When I reached out to Grace in January 2022, I wasn't new to working out, or weight loss. But I had been stuck in an unhealthy loop of gaining, losing, eating restrictive or binging for over 10 years. Since starting my journey at Grace Fitness, I've lost over 50 lbs. I'm at a healthy weight that I'm able to maintain for the first time in my adult life.
